A woman and her husband interrupted their vacation to go to
the dentist. "I want a tooth pulled, and I don't want
novocaine because I'm in a big hurry," the woman said. "Just
extract the tooth as quickly as possible, and we'll be on
our way."
The dentist was quite impressed. "You're certainly a
courageous woman," he said. "Which tooth is it?"

Just a FUNNY!

THE PERFECT DRESS Jennifer's wedding day was fast approaching. Nothing could dampen her excitement -- not even her parents' nasty divorce. Her mother had found the PERFECT dress to wear and would be the best dressed mother-of-the-bride ever!

A week later, Jennifer was horrified to learn that her father's new young wife had bought the exact same dress as her mother! Jennifer asked her step mom to exchange it, but she refused. "Absolutely not. I look like a million bucks in this dress, and I'm wearing it," she replied. Jennifer told her mother who graciously said, "Never mind sweetheart. I'll get another dress. After all, it's your special day." A few days later, the y went shopping and did find another gorgeous dress.

When they stopped for lunch, Jennifer asked her mother, "Aren't you going to return the other dress? You really don't have another occasion where you could wear it." Her mother just smiled and replied, "Of course I do, dear. I'm wearing it to the rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding."

Allison Michelle Choi was born on Wednesday, June 13th at 10:02 a.m., weighing in at 6 lbs even and measuring 18.5 inches long.

Congrats! She is Beautiful!!

Shannon is back and putting her own spin on Becky's popular "6 in 60" class. The best part is that she has done all of the hard designing, measuring and cutting for you. Everything for your six fabulous layouts is all packaged and ready for you to assemble. That's it!

In sixty fun-filled minutes, you get to assemble and *complete* six beautiful layouts! It really is that easy. Just look at this little sneak peek of what awaits you:


Layout One - "Animated"


The first layout uses this fun and vibrant Sassafrass Lass collection. It is designed for one 5x7 portrait (vertical) orientation photo.

Layout Two - "Anything but Ordinary"

The second layout uses the brand new Love Elsie line, which is disappearing quickly at SU. This class may be your last chance to get your hands on some of this product. The layout is designed for three photos, one 4x5 portrait orientation, one 4x4, and one 4x6 landscape (horizontal) orientation.

Layout Three - Untitled

The third layout features Bazzill cardstock and is kept neutral by design. It requires 10 wallet sized photos and one 3 x 3.75 photo. The photos can be either portrait or landscape, as long as they are all the same orientation.

Layout Four - "You Rock"

The fourth layout features this pretty Imaginisce line. It is designed for one 4x6 and four wallet sized photos. Photos may be either landscape or portrait, but must all be the same orientation.

Layout Five - "Adventure"

The fifth layout uses this bold American Crafts line. It has room for 2 4x6 landscape pictures and five 2x2 square photos. This is a great layout to feature detail photos or to scrap several pictures with distracting background.

The sixth layout features this darling Tres Jolie line. This layout has one 5x7 landscape photo.

All of these pages will look great with either color or black & white photos. You can bring your photos with you to class and leave with your layouts perfectly complete, or leave your photos at home and add them later. It is up to you!

What a great Weekend

Wow, what a fun weekend. Bookclub today was SUPER GREAT. Thanks to everyone who came and shared their stories. You ladies are soooo special to me. Don't forget, if you did not come today, I expect to see you on Tuesday!!! AND it is not too late to join the fun, fellowship, laughs, crafts, food, gossip, and oh yeah GREAT SCRAPBOOKING that is NYOBC. We had two ladies have to drop out so their spots are still up for grabs. Don't let the chance to play with this great group of ladies pass you by. If you can not make it Tuesday, just call and we will get you in on all the fun!

Also, because it was such a great day today, I still have not cleaned up the garage sale stuff (DON'T TELL AMI). But I figured I am working Tuesday, she'll never know and it gives you a chance to come in and shop one last time before I clean up. There are some GREAT finds, I am sure you do not want to miss out. Stop by any time on Tuesday and remember we are open until 9:30!

Family Tree Class on Sunday

Come and play with Jody on Sunday, after bookclub, to make this way too cute family tree. Instead of a Christmas theme, Jody has changed it up to be used all year. Beautiful, fun way to show off your FAMILY TREE. Only 3 spots left for the 3:00 Sunday class. If you are coming for NYOBC why don't you just make a day of it. This would also make a great father's day gift. You will get to pick out your own paper to match your home or that of who you are giving it too. Make a great new baby gift as well. Oh how about school year for your little one. Just way too many ideas. Don't forget Grandparents day is right around the corner in Sept.

I cannot thank all of you enough for the gifts, food, cards, hugs, and prayers during my family's difficult time. I have realized, once again, that Scrapbook University is much more of a family than a business.
