Photography Class: It snowed!!

"Mom, Take a Picture of our Snowballs!"

Ami and the cat went out to get the paper this morning.

At our Photography Class last Sunday, everyone kind of, well more than kind of, laughed at me when I said to try to get snow pictures this month. Little did you all know, Ami has E.S.P.... and a little luck!

Take this opportunity to go outside and play with the lighting settings on your camera. Practice with the snow setting if you have one. If not, leave your camera on the "automatic" setting, and let your camera do the work for you.

A little hint: Have Coffee or Hot Chocolate brewing for when you come in-- It's COLD out there!

Also, I have been playing with the exposure increment button on my camera, and have taken some amazing pictures in front of the fireplace, without using a flash.

If you are interested in joining the Photography Class next month, take some winter pictures and join us on the first Sunday of February. (Call SU to let us know you are coming.)

Glria,
The photography Class is $10 per month. It meets on the first Sunday of each month. Every month, we will learn about 1-2 functions on our camera. Then, the following month, bring the picures you took using the function(s) we discussed! (On a scrapbook page if you want). Hope to see you next month.
