Christmas Card Solution

Every year, I have the same question... What do I do with all the special Christmas cards I receive? I mean, some of them are from friends I have had since I was a child, others from aging relatives. Do I just throw them away? As I clean up my Christmas decorations, I start to toss them in the trash, but save them at the last second, stuff them in an envelope, and put them in a drawer with last year's.
