Random Acts of Kindness

So it has been a while since we had a R.A.K. (Random Act of Kindness) and with the stinky weather today I thought we could use a lift. SO....

Post a comment today on this post about something you like, love, or appreciate about someone else. You do not have to put that person's name (although it might make their day) BUT you do need to put your name. You will be entered into a R.A.K. drawing for a special something from us to make YOUR day. Enter as many times as you like.

So have a happy day and make someone else's day too!

R.A.K will end Wed.

I LOVE the friends I've made at Scrapbook U. Not the friendships. Those are nice. I'm talking about the friends. I love my friends.

"Appreciate" is my 'one little word'. I "appreciate" each person God brings into my life through my hobby of scrapbooking-especially at Scrapbook University. You are such a blessing to work with and "play" with. Thanks to each of you and may God bless each one of you daily.

I am very grateful for Rene Kucera Gill who introduced me to scrapbooking at Scrapbook Univeristy. I have met many people and became close friends to people who I wouln't had met if it wasn't for Scrapbook University. I want to say a thank you to Marianne Ford who from the bottom of her heart gave me scrapbook supplies she thought I could use on layouts for Anna. I want to also say thank you to Terri Beene who was a gracious host and had me over to scrapbookwith her during stressful times in her life.

Barb- you are too sweet. And I too am VERY grateful to Renee for introducing you to scrapbooking. Scrapbook U would NOT be the same without you. I miss Renee very much. She was there when my husband asked me to marry him and I Loved seeing her and her "mother" scrapbook together. What a precious relationship!
BTW: Terri B. we miss you and are very sorry for your loss.

Ok. My person is my bestest friend JJ. She and I were put together as junior mascots when we were 4 years old. We have been BFFs since then. I am nothing without her. She is one of the most Christian, loving, selfless persons I know. I am working on getting her into scrapbooking. When I get finished sucking all the info out of my Stacy Book Jodi introduced me to, I might let JJ borrow it! My sunshine person is my JJ.

I have so much to be thankful for:
a husband who supports me
healthy beautiful children
best friends as family and family as best friends
and a partner who really GETS me
and lots of people who play with me!

My sweet husband got me a pre-copy of Enchanted because he is always thinking of me and knows how much I would love it.

My buddy, Miss Q, makes work (and play) so much fun! A great colleague, a great scrapbook buddy, and a great friend... lucky me to have found her!

I just wanted to say that I think Shannon is one of the most "phawsome-est" people I know. I love how I can so be me around her. I love how she *gets* me without me even communicating with her. I love how she inspires me to do great pages. I just *heart* her.
