Craft on Tuesday

Hey I so got tied up with family and stuff. My last day of "freedom" before my school starts is on Tuesday so I am going to craft with Renea. If you want to join us. You will need:

A T-shirt
FREEZER paper (this is not wax paper)
a printout of what you want on your t-shirt (ie. clipart)
paint and brush
iron

THIS is going to be fun.

Hope you are enjoying this last long weekend of summer! Take this chance to take some summer pictures before it is too late:

Big Picture Scrapbooking has a great FREE class right now on the 10 summer pictures to take right now. Run on over & sign up! I'm going to work on my pics this week :)

#1- Photograph your favorite summer accessory. Sunglasses, flip-flops, tank top.
#2- Show me your garden. With all the rain recently it is actually a good time.
#3-What’s in your fruit basket? Do you travel to the hill country for peaches?
#4- Capture some outdoor play! It is actually cool enough lately for some play.
#5 -What is your favorite ice cream flavor? Or summer drink?
#6- What is on your front door?
#7-Photograph that summer bag, packed for where?
#8- Photograph the summer sky.
#9- What color means summer to you?
#10- Photograph something wet. My bathroom floor is always covered with wet suits and towels.

Ok my wonderful group of great scrappers!

The NYOBC stuff is here (it actually got here yesterday - but with school stuff- Oz Tryouts - swimming- you get the picture)

Anyway, I will leave some in a box on my front porch. If you paid just take, if not please drop the $10 in the box with your name so I know. REMEMBER, you each get TWO different kits.

Great Time on Sunday

WOW, how much fun! If you were not here on Sunday, you missed it. I was a little stressed about having class the day before school started but it turned out to be EXACTLY what we

all needed. A great time to unwind and spend an afternoon with friends!

THANKS EVERYONE. Don't forget to finish up your book and bring it to next bookclub. JUST wait until you see what these ladies were working on.

Sorry for lack of posts!

So sorry for the lack of post but between the last two weeks trips and the Olympics I am about to die. We are staying up every night until 1am or so to make sure we don't miss a beat. Ofcourse, Bill has his laptop infront of him and a mile high stack of Orange folders but I just can't multi-task like he can. One more week and everything will be back to normal.

I forgot to tell you I would be gone for a long weekend in Horseshoe Bay. Renea takes me to Fall Creek Vineyard for their annual WINE STOMP. Way too much fun. What a wonderful weekend. BUT now I am home for good.

Flaked on Sunday Craft

I am so sorry but my kids, last minute (like after church last minute), went to Corpus with Jana. They are going to be down there this week. So had to get them packed and off. Then they were gone so took advantage and cleaned out my closet and am almost done with my CROP ROOM! I need about 2 hours and I will be DONE! YEAH. Have been needing to this all summer. I am serious, it was BAD. You could not even walk into our bedroom without walking on stuff.

I will send pics when it is nice and pretty. TOMORROW afternoon.

BUT, since my kids are gone, Bill is working (24/7), I have craft time. So I am planning on making my sweater tomorrow (after I am done cleaning- my reward!)

Anyway, it looks like craft Monday.
